At Coffee Studs, each product is crafted with care to ensure a high-quality experience with every order. Since our products are made-to-order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges if an incorrect size, color, or type was selected or if you change your mind after placing an order. Please double-check your selections before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re here to make it right. To qualify for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@coffeestuds.com with the following:

  1. Clear photos of the product, showing any defects or damages.
  2. Additional photos if multiple items in the order are affected.

We will review your submission and, upon approval, provide a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Refunds for approved claims will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Please note that the following cases do not qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Incorrect size, color, or type was selected.
  • A change of mind after order placement.
  • Minor variations in design placement (a tolerance of 0.5″ is standard and not considered a defect).

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details or other delivery issues, you may request a reprint at an additional cost or opt for a partial refund.
